PAYMENT POLICY


All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM)

Local order:

  1. Credit card/PayPal. We are now able to accept credit card payment through PayPal’s secure gateway – a convenient and absolutely safe way of payment. Choose “PayPal” for payment option during checkout. You will be taken to PayPal’s secure site for transaction.
  2. MEPS IBG Interbank Giro to our (PUBLIC BANK) account (can be done over-the-counter or internet banking). Bank account information will be given in your order confirmation email.
  3. ATM. We will send you the bank account information (PUBLIC BANK) through order confirmation email. Kindly send us a copy of the bank remittance advice slip to inform us of the transfer. You can do so by emailing to us at sales@lovingavenue.com. Please note that items will not be sent out until confirmation of payment is received.

International order:

  1. Credit card/ PayPal only via PayPal’s secure gateway. Choose “PayPal” for payment option during checkout. You will be taken to PayPal’s secure site for transaction.
*Please note that only International customers from Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and China are able to pay with this method immediately as we offer flat rate shipping to these countries. For other international buyers, please wait for your order confirmation email which includes the total amount after shipping charges has been factor in (please see parcel rate table for your estimated shipping charges). You will be able to make payment using PayPal or Credit card by following the instructions in the email.
Please also note that International buyers are responsible for any duty taxes and custom’s regulations of your home country.

SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery within Malaysia:

Via Pos Laju Courier

We are now offering flat rate shipping within Malaysia:-

West Malaysia – RM 6
East Malaysia (Sarawak) – RM 8.50
                          (Sabah) - RM 9.50

International delivery:

via Pos Malaysia (Registered Air Parcel)

We offer flat rate shipping to the following countries: Singapore, Brunei, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China. Shipping charges will be shown upon checkout when you pay using PayPal or Credit Card.
For other countries, see below for estimated parcel rate excluding $3.90 for registered mail.

E.g., delivery to United States. Parcel weighing 750g, postage rate will be 22.80+(12.50x2)= RM47.80 RM47.80+RM3.90 = RM51.70
We will consider other international destinations based on per request basis. Shipping charges will be adviced.

REFUND POLICY

Currently, we are unable to do a refund for items that you may not like after purchasing. Please educate yourself with the products through our website and if you have further enquiries, please contact us at sales@lovingavenue.com before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

  1. We work hard to make sure that all products sent out to you is in the best condition. If you received an incorrect item(s), please contact us at sales@lovingavenue.com immediately. We'll pay for the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item(s)). Kindly email us and affix the photo of the incorrect item(s).
  2. For item(s) returned for an exchange or other reason:
    • Your are responsible for the return shipping cost. No return(s) will be accepted after 7 days.
    • Be noted that shipping cost is not refundable.
    • We only accept return via courier service.
    • Re-shipping charges for exchanged item(s) will be applied. You will bear the shipping cost of the new item and difference in price between the returned and new item.
  3. For your protection we recommend you use a tracking-delivery service as we will NOT take responsibility for loss or damage to items sent back to us. Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
  4. The following items cannot be returned for exchange:
    • Confinement Bath Body Cleanser
    • Opened Motherlove's products
    • Item(s) with tag/ original packing removed by buyer
    • Item(s) used/washed by buyer
